About the Role
The Program Initiatives Coordinator (PIC) will report to the Assistant Chief Program Officer and work closely with the Organization’s leadership to ensure the provision of high-quality services and support programmatic goals in a mission-driven culture. This newly created position will support the operation of the Organization’s programs through the development and advancement of organization-wide and/or centralized program initiatives that support our comprehensive approach to service delivery, across divisions, and promote a strengthened commitment to providing continuum of care for the people that we support.
What You Will Do
Serve as champion and spokesperson for high profile strategic, program-wide initiatives.
- Articulate the vision, relevance, and impact of organization-wide models and processes to all levels of the organization and administer their commencement/relaunch across the organization.
- Provide coordination support to the Expansion and Enhancement Coordinator and the Intake and Referral Dept to support the intentional implementation of processes that ensure a consistent continuum-of-care for persons supported.
Develop and contextualize components of practice models in concert with subject matter experts.
- Support and manage the centralized consolidation of standardized, evidence-informed and agency developed practice models.
- Support the adaptation of program models to meet needs, address service gaps, and ensure fidelity to program designs.
- Create, update, and edit initiative manuals and handbooks as needed.
- Build, Execute, and Implement
- Identify and manage work groups tasked with specific actions, related initiative deadlines, and accountability.
- Ensure agency wide buy-in for the launch and ongoing implementation of centralized program initiatives.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop monitoring, process flow, and progress report procedures, and templates.
- Ensure appropriate training for staff and quality management measures for internal audit purposes.
Ensure continued prominence within the agency culture.
- Ensure sustainability of new and current initiatives by furthering and adapting models to meet new ever-changing needs and challenges.

Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred, plus five years' experience working in a human services organization.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of program planning, programmatic regulations, requirements, budgets, and current best practices
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in data-driven evaluations and analyses. Ability to develop and maintain dashboards.
- Ability to work closely with Performance, Evaluation and Measurement Department to ensure the delivery of qualitative and quantitative goals and outcomes of programs and services. Analyze and assess programs based on data collected and implement corrective measures if required.

Work Environment: Corporate Office
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday in our Headquarters at 1333 Broadway office in Midtown Manhattan. Work hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Additional Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in-person in New York City (NY) for at least 3 days or more per week.
- Ability to travel to other Rising Ground sites (if required).
