Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity where youll get the opportunity to provide and lead the delivery of housing management systems into the social housing sector working with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technology and providing services including Business Analysis, Customisation, Testing, Installations, and provide Training and Support to our clients.What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

- Experience in delivering housing management solutions into the social housing sector
- Strong technical skills in rent accounting and service charges
- Ability to understand customer requirements and transform into logical process flows
- Confident in presenting final solutions and training to senior users
- Broad understanding of software development life cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Enjoy working collaboratively as a team member
- Running customer workshops to understand and document requirements including process mapping
- Specification of software developments required to complement the configurations in order to provide the full solution
- Working with team members to deliver the solutions required
- Attending project meetings
- Documentation of solutions
- Training customers and end-users
