This role provides an exciting opportunity to implement and optimize Corporate Performance Management solutions for clients across diverse industries. You will lead initiatives in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, working closely with client teams ranging from C-level executives to analysts. The position requires translating complex business operations into actionable CPM strategies, delivering high-impact insights and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design templates, develop reports, and provide end-user training. A focus on finance and accounting processes, combined with technical proficiency in CPM tools, is key to enabling clients to achieve efficient, data-driven decision-making. This role balances independent work with collaborative team engagement in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead the implementation of CPM solutions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for clients of various sizes.
  • Perform discovery and requirements gathering to define reporting and budget templates aligned with client objectives.
  • Build, test, and deliver reports and templates while ensuring accuracy and scalability.
  • Train end-users on deployed tools, reports, and templates to drive adoption and effective utilization.
  • Assist with installation and configuration of CPM solutions, providing technical guidance as needed.
  • Provide assessments and recommendations on CPM tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with increasing responsibility.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn GAAP, IFRS, operational, management, and audit-based reporting.
  • Familiarity with budgeting approaches such as zero-based budgeting, driver-based budgeting, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Experience with CPM platforms such as Solver, Jet, Cosmos, Prophix, Vena, Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, or Planful is a plus.
  • Knowledge of forecasting techniques, Agile methodologies, and documentation best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client communication skills.
  • Technical familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, SSIS, Azure Machine Learning, or Azure Cognitive Services is a plus.
