In this role, you will drive enterprise growth by leading strategic outbound sales initiatives into large, complex organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging senior decision-makers to reimagine how modern, AI-powered customer communication can transform their operations and customer experience. Operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, you will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, building pipeline from scratch and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales processes. This position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and earning potential for a disciplined, creative, and results-driven seller. You will collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver value-based solutions that unlock measurable business outcomes. Success in this role means consistently exceeding targets, influencing executive audiences, and shaping enterprise buying decisions.
Accountabilities:
  • Drive consistent, high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized emails, video outreach, and social selling to build a strong, self-sourced pipeline.
  • Identify, penetrate, and develop enterprise accounts by engaging C-level and senior stakeholders and advancing opportunities independently of inbound demand.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Lead value-based sales conversations centered on automation, AI-driven insights, and modern cloud communications.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and long sales cycles with discipline and precision.
  • Own quota attainment and revenue performance, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM tools to ensure high forecast reliability.
  • Leverage sales engagement technologies to run structured outbound cadences and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with channel and partner teams to unlock new opportunities and accelerate enterprise deals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline.
  • Proven success in cold calling, breaking into large organizations, and closing net-new enterprise logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and senior business leaders.
  • Track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, operational impact, and strategic value.
  • High level of autonomy, discipline, accountability, and comfort operating in low-structure environments.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, or adjacent enterprise software solutions is a strong plus.
