Corporate Air Mechanical Services (CAMS) is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher who thrives in a high-volume commercial service environment. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our service operations running at peak efficiency.

What You’ll Own

This is more than answering phones. You will be the operational hub between customers, technicians, and leadership.

• Coordinate daily service schedules for HVAC technicians
• Prioritize emergency and high-revenue service calls
• Maximize technician efficiency, route density, and billable hours
• Maintain real-time communication with technicians throughout the day
• Proactively update customers regarding arrival times and schedule changes
• Prepare and process invoices in BuildOps
• Track service progress and maintain accurate dispatch records
• Support inventory coordination of parts and materials
• Help drive customer retention through professional, proactive communication
• Collaborate with service leadership to continuously improve scheduling efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• An individual with a growth mindset and strong desire to learn and grow
• 2–4+ years of HVAC or refrigeration dispatch experience
• Strong understanding of commercial service operations
• Ability to manage a high call volume without losing attention to detail
• Experience using dispatching software (BuildOps preferred)
• QuickBooks and accounting system experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills — calm, clear, and professional
• Strong prioritization skills in emergency situations
• Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to think ahead and solve problems before they escalate
