We are seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial property management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team with day-to-day operations across assigned properties
• Complete work orders and general maintenance tasks as needed, with or without supervision
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Assist with and learn basic plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and similar trades
• Safely and effectively use basic hand and power tools

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift from ground level
• Ability to climb steps, ladders, and extension ladders, and perform work overhead
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk for the majority of the work shift
• Valid driver’s license
