You Will:

Respond to employee questions and requests promptly, accurately, and respectfully.
Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
Engage in all aspects of HR, including: Recruitment and Retention, Employee Engagement, Benefits and Claims, and Union Relations.
Act as a resource for employees to ensure that policies and procedures are known, understood, and followed.

Work closely within Corporate Services to provide integrated and efficient services to the entire organization.
Provide leadership and expertise to inform and to support management decision making.
