This role is a high-impact, client-facing position focused on driving growth and delivering strategic value for enterprise customers. You will manage the full sales cycle with leading brands, designing and selling innovative advertising solutions that leverage unique first-party data to connect digital engagement with real-world behavior. The position requires building strong, long-term partnerships with senior marketing stakeholders, while acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, product, and marketing to ensure exceptional client outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, excels at prospecting new business, and has a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. This role is based in Los Angeles and offers the opportunity to influence strategy at the enterprise level while contributing to measurable business impact.
Accountabilities:
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline management to closing deals with marketing decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise brands, including CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and media/performance leaders.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations demonstrating how data-driven advertising solutions solve real business challenges.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships with measurable ROI.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with operations, product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and location-based advertising innovation to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital media sales, preferably in enterprise hunter roles.
  • Proven success selling to brands and marketing decision-makers, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Extensive experience and network across West Coast industries, including Entertainment, Technology, Retail, QSR, CPG, Automotive, and family-focused verticals.
  • Expertise in mobile advertising, first-party data solutions, location-based marketing, and measurement/attribution.
  • Experience selling contextual advertising, in-app sponsorships, or custom branded experiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data capabilities into business value.
