The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis leads financial analysis in the organization. They work to innovate and investigate within the financial reporting to identify and highlight areas of strategic growth and business improvement. They are responsible for evolving reporting processes and developing operational metrics. They work closely with the CFO, Controller, business unit leaders and project managers to support strategy development and operational excellence.



Your Impact:

  • Compile and analyze complex financial information.
  • Develop and maintain the balance sheet forecasting model and its component models.
  • Support strategic planning and decision making via benchmarking and research.
  • Perform data-mining to discover potential risks and support business decision making.
  • Oversee/maintain cash modeling and forecasting.
  • Establish the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Build-out multi-year revenue forecasting models.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify risks/trends
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.

$142,666.00 - $213,999.00
