About This Position

Patient Navigator Supervisor

We're looking for a qualified Patient Navigator Supervisor like you to join our Texas Health family.

Work Information:
  • Corporate Office - 612 East Lamar Arlington, TX 76011
  • Work environment: This is a primarily Remote Position with occasional On-Site requirements.
  • Work hours: Full-time (40 Hour) Day Shift; Monday through Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Here Is What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
  • Associate's Degree in a related field (REQUIRED) OR
  • Two years of related experience (referral processing, insurance authorization, etc.) in lieu of a degree (REQUIRED)
  • Two years of relevant supervisory experience (REQUIRED)
  • BCPA - Board Certified Patient Advocate Certification 18 months (PREFERRED)


What You Will Do:
  • Monitor the daily operations of the Patient Navigators within their assigned area.
  • Patient Navigation Supervisor will perform quality referrals audits ensuring timeliness and accuracy of referrals while maintaining compliance and production standards.
