Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily rostering and scheduling to ensure clients receive timely, consistent services
  • Coordinate changes to shifts, leave coverage, and urgent staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the client management system
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and Caregivers
  • Support after-hours and weekend on-call roster coordination
  • Manage incident reporting, feedback, and follow-up to support quality care
  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth service delivery

About you

  • Rostering experience is essential
  • Experience in the aged care or disability sector is highly desirable
  • A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
  • Personable, approachable, motivated, and reliable with a can-do attitude
  • Able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident using technology and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
