Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily rostering and scheduling to ensure clients receive timely, consistent services
- Coordinate changes to shifts, leave coverage, and urgent staffing needs
- Maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the client management system
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and Caregivers
- Support after-hours and weekend on-call roster coordination
- Manage incident reporting, feedback, and follow-up to support quality care
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth service delivery
About you
- Rostering experience is essential
- Experience in the aged care or disability sector is highly desirable
- A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
- Personable, approachable, motivated, and reliable with a can-do attitude
- Able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients while delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident using technology and able to quickly learn new systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
