The Website Content Intern helps keep our product information clean, accurate, and easy for customers to understand. Working in our ERP system, this role supports the information that appears on our website, making sure everything from descriptions to specifications is clear, consistent, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain product data within the company’s ERP platform, including titles, descriptions, specifications, weights, dimensions, and images
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and consistently formatted
  • Write and refine product descriptions in a clear, concise, and customer-friendly tone
  • Apply basic SEO best practices to product titles and descriptions to support search visibility
  • Upload and organize product images to align with company standards
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing product data
  • Maintain structured and standardized formatting across all product listings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify product specifications and details
  • Track updates and maintain organized records of changes
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Clear and effective written communication skills
  • Ability to organize information and maintain consistency across large data sets
  • Comfortable working within systems and following structured processes
  • Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems or product data management tools
  • Familiarity with ecommerce or website content workflows
  • Exposure to tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
  • Basic understanding of product taxonomy or categorization
Work Environment & Expectations
  • Primarily computer-based work in an office setting
  • Requires extended periods of sitting and screen time
  • High level of consistency, focus, and follow-through required
