This role sits at the center of strategic growth within a fast-evolving veterinary technology ecosystem, supporting large-scale hospital groups and consolidators across the U.S. You will act as a trusted advisor to key enterprise clients, shaping long-term partnerships that directly influence product direction and company strategy. Working in a highly cross-functional and mission-driven environment, you will bridge customer needs with internal teams to drive value and innovation. The position blends relationship management, strategic planning, and market insight in a rapidly consolidating industry. You will own high-impact accounts and play a critical role in expanding adoption among major veterinary organizations. This is a remote-first opportunity with significant autonomy and visibility across the business.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the corporate account strategy for key enterprise veterinary partners, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, acting as the primary strategic contact for major consolidators.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic touchpoints to demonstrate value, align on goals, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Develop structured account roadmaps that guide clients toward platform adoption, success milestones, and growth objectives.
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor market consolidation trends and proactively adapt account strategies to evolving industry dynamics.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with prospective enterprise clients to position long-term partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or strategic client success roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage senior executive relationships in complex organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and written storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and process execution capabilities.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
