Working in a highly cross-functional and mission-driven environment, you will bridge customer needs with internal teams to drive value and innovation. The position blends relationship management, strategic planning, and market insight in a rapidly consolidating industry. You will own high-impact accounts and play a critical role in expanding adoption among major veterinary organizations. This is a remote-first opportunity with significant autonomy and visibility across the business.
- Define and lead the corporate account strategy for key enterprise veterinary partners, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, acting as the primary strategic contact for major consolidators.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic touchpoints to demonstrate value, align on goals, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Develop structured account roadmaps that guide clients toward platform adoption, success milestones, and growth objectives.
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor market consolidation trends and proactively adapt account strategies to evolving industry dynamics.
- Engage and nurture relationships with prospective enterprise clients to position long-term partnership opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or strategic client success roles.
- Proven ability to develop and manage senior executive relationships in complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and written storytelling abilities.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Highly organized with strong time management and process execution capabilities.
