This role is focused on building the operational backbone for a high-volume, down-market renewal motion within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will be responsible for designing scalable processes, defining data structures, and establishing reporting frameworks that enable leadership to gain clear, forward-looking visibility into renewal performance. The position plays a critical role in transforming raw renewal data into actionable insights that support forecasting, retention strategies, and revenue predictability. You will collaborate closely with RevOps, Customer Operations, IT, and Sales teams to ensure systems and workflows are optimized for efficiency and automation. A strong emphasis is placed on building structured renewal operations where little formal process exists today. This is a high-impact, builder-style role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating scalable operational foundations.
- Design, build, and maintain renewal reporting frameworks for high-volume segments, ensuring leadership has consistent visibility into performance and forecasting
- Own renewal data strategy, defining what data is captured, where it is stored, and how it is structured for accuracy and usability
- Develop renewal pacing models and establish leading indicators and early warning signals to support proactive decision-making
- Translate complex renewal datasets into clear, executive-level insights and business narratives
- Define and implement standardized renewal workflows across the lifecycle for high-volume accounts
- Audit existing renewal data processes and drive remediation of gaps in data quality, structure, and consistency
- Partner with RevOps, Customer Operations, and IT to configure and optimize CRM and renewal systems (e.g., Salesforce and related tools)
- Shape the design and functionality of partner portals to support renewal tracking and execution
- Establish and run a structured renewal operations cadence, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in renewal operations through automation and process optimization
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations within a SaaS or global technology environment
- Proven experience building and scaling renewal operations for high-volume or down-market segments
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to build renewal reports and forecasting models from CRM data
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, PivotTables, and complex formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH)
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with partner-led or channel renewal motions and partner management platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience with customer success or renewal platforms such as Gainsight is a plus
- Strong ability to define and implement operational processes in environments with limited structure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Highly proactive, builder-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Competitive salary range: $121,018 – $181,525 USD depending on experience and location
