In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, driving measurable growth across acquisition and pipeline performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining hands-on expertise in paid advertising platforms with strong strategic thinking to deliver impactful business outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with revenue goals, marketing KPIs, and broader growth strategies. You will translate complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers. This is a highly client-facing role where relationship building, analytical rigor, and performance accountability are central to success. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless transitions into ongoing campaign execution.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance forecasts, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, strategic narratives tailored for senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding paid media strategy and ensuring alignment with business KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery and setting up successful campaign foundations.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms.
- Proven experience working with B2B and SaaS clients, with a strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline-focused marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding performance targets such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue pipeline goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present results clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an asset.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
