About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a growing technology-focused environment, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple client-facing initiatives.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, project coordinators, and stakeholders, balancing structure with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The role is ideal for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while driving projects forward.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from planning through to execution and completion
- Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of teams
- Own and manage project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial control
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies proactively
- Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are clearly documented and communicated
- Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and project coordinators to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive problem-solving across projects, removing blockers and ensuring momentum is maintained
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards and client expectations
- 5+ years of project management experience within a technology environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Strong experience in budget management (3+ years)
- Strong experience in risk management (3+ years)
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with technical teams (e.g., engineers) and understanding of project delivery in tech environments
- Ability to operate in a balanced environment, both structured and adaptable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to both detail and big-picture outcomes
- Experience leading projects with ownership and accountability
- Experience working in a tech services or client-facing delivery environment
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working with distributed teams
