Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including clinics, urgent care, and hospital environments. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients' health and well-being through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Perform routine assessments and document patient progress accurately.
• Support patients with daily activities and provide emotional support as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in emergency medicine situations as required.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license.
• Strong skills in medication administration and understanding of vital signs monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
