About This Position
Open to remote work for Texas, Idaho, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee ONLY.
The Project Analyst will play a role in supporting project management activities across various internal initiatives, governance and EPMO projects. This position will involve coordinating initiative activities, analyzing project data, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Texas Connect, Inc. (TCI) is a Management Services Organization (MSO). As an MSO, we are dedicated to providing business and administrative services for healthcare providers, such as medical practices and hospital systems, allowing them to focus on patient care. TCI handles crucial backend functions, such as Information Technology, Billing, and Medical Coding. This allows our client healthcare organizations to delegate these and other essential, but non-medical tasks to TCI to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Act as a liaison between project managers and the EPMO to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
Understand the vision, targets, needs, pain points, and challenges of business stakeholders
Consolidate and analyze project data to create actionable reports for stakeholders
Provide insights into project performance, risks, and budget adherence
Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and other project team members to create detailed project plans and schedules
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Facilitate communication between project teams, EPMO, and leadership
Document and track changes to project deliverables and timelines
Document as-is processes using workflows, diagrams, SOPs, matrices, and other techniques
Support the development of to-be processes using workflows, diagrams, user stories, and other techniques
Assist with the development of various presentations, briefing materials, plans, and infographics using Microsoft and other tools
Understanding of how Power BI can be used in a EPMO environment
Draft, finalize, and distribute meeting minutes
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience
Required:
Associate degree Information Technology, Information Systems, or Accounting.
Experience with information technology and project management concepts at the enterprise level
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Information Systems, or Accounting
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
