We’re relocating our Boston operation into a brand-new, state-of-the-art flagship facility—purpose-built to become one of the largest and highest-volume Toyota dealerships in the country.
Located directly at Exit 21 on I-93, Toyota of Medford is positioned for immediate volume, sustained growth, and long-term dominance in the New England market.
This is a ground-up build, and we are intentionally assembling a high-caliber F&I team that will define how finance is done from day one.

We are seeking experienced, results-driven F&I professionals who understand how to balance profitability, compliance, and guest trust at a high level.
Who This Role Is Built For
This opportunity is best suited for professionals who consistently perform and want more than the ceiling of a single store.
2+ years of dealership F&I experience required with a verifiable record of success
Deep knowledge of automotive leasing, lending, and special finance
Strong command of state and federal compliance, including titling, registration, tax, and documentation
Professional presence, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage volume without sacrificing accuracy
Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening

What You’ll Be Trusted With
Present finance and insurance solutions clearly, ethically, and confidently
Submit deals and secure approvals across multiple lending sources
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders
Drive profitability through strategic presentation of aftermarket products
Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Accurately complete all F&I contracts and documentation
Partner closely with sales leadership to deliver a seamless, transparent guest experience
