Our partner is seeking a Director of Visual Design who embodies ownership, craftsmanship, and product thinking to collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you'll work on strategic, high-impact projects focusing on creating innovative designs that tell our partner's story and educate customers.

What You'll Do:

• Orchestrate the Visual Design team, ensuring designs harmonize with business goals and company branding
• Embrace a product thinking mindset, approaching design challenges with deep product knowledge
• Collaborate across teams to translate strategies into scalable creative concepts
• Create visually stunning campaign identities with meticulous attention to detail
• Foster a collaborative design process, nurturing a culture of ownership within your team

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of industry experience, including at least 4+ years in a leadership role
• A seasoned leader with a track record of guiding design teams to success
• A systematic thinker who approaches challenges with structure and vision
• Experienced in crafting multifaceted visuals for diverse brand projects
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent time management skills
• A master communicator, fluent in both verbal and visual languages
