Medical Assistant The primary responsibility of the Medical Assistant is to assist the physician with direct patient care and administrative tasks that provide a steady daily workflow for the physician and office. This position requires the Medical Assistant to follow directions as well as to exercise independent judgment that contributes to a quality, caring and efficient work environment.
