Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a company in Stacy, MN who is hiring Electronic Assembler Solderer.
Our partner is a leading PCBA company specializing in PCB assembly and electronic design for 29 years. Based in Stacy, Minnesota, they offer in-house support from prototyping to production for a wide range of markets, including industrial, medical, military, and law enforcement.

• Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay

• $17.00/HR
• Weekly paychecks every Friday!

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware rework on printed circuit boards and assemblies using a variety of documents including rework instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, BOM’s, etc.
• Perform microcircuits assembly requiring fine hand assembly, manually aligns parts, using IPC soldering standards.
• Verify correct part placement, performs microscope inspection.
• Repair and overhaul older devices and replace defective components.

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• 2 + years previous SMT soldering experience
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, identify components and have experience on rework of PCB's and surface mount repairs on PCBs.
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Experience in microscope soldering, SMT assembly, soldering PCB, trough-hole soldering and surface mount soldering
