About This Position

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for entering the number and types of community outreach programs, numbers of individuals served and financial impact and financial contribution to the CBISA Data Base (Community Benefit Inventory for Social Accountability). It will also be responsible for outreach by phone to make medical, screening and education appointments for clients screened during community outreach programs. The CBISA data base quantifies RWJBH/Trinitas’ s community activities. It is to be a 2 day a week position working closely with the Community Outreach worker.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • College degree or the equivalent
  • Computer skills with ability to learn CBISA program
  • Ability to engage and communicate with individuals by telephone for follow-up
  • Networking skills

Preferred:

  • Knowledge and skill in using CBISA program
  • Flexible interpersonal, communication skills

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift- 8:30am-4:30pm- with some flex time
  • Monday -Friday
  • Part Time

Essential Functions:

  • Input of data to CBISA program
  • Good organization skills
  • Communication skills via phone contacts
