Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Senior Associate to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing tax returns for multi-million dollar organizations and individuals, while collaborating with a dynamic tax team to ensure the efficient execution of the tax process.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $76,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing tax returns for multi-million dollar organizations or individuals.
• Collaborating with the tax team to ensure all components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.
• Gathering relevant tax-related information from clients to ensure accurate tax return preparation.
• Analyzing tax situations from various angles to maximize tax benefits.
• Preparing accounting-related reports in a paperless office environment.
• Attending professional development and training seminars regularly to stay updated on industry changes.

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license (or actively pursuing one); enrolled agent certification is also accepted.
• 3-5 years of tax experience in public accounting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Ability to clearly explain details of tax preparation experience with individual and business income tax returns.
• Passion for public accounting and staying current with the ever-changing tax regulations and policies.
• A strong desire to help clients and colleagues succeed.
