Manager at AR Sandri – Greenfield, Massachusetts

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Sandri Energy Company in our Clean Burn Department. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Clean Burn department located at 400 Chapman St, Greenfield Ma . Your main end result will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Mon - Friday 7am- 3 pm

Pay depending on experience

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and address customer's inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist Walk-in customers for parts and clean Burn questions
• Ship Clean Burn parts to customers
• Schedule installations, service appointments, and annual cleanings
• Dispatch appointments to technicians
• Process all warranties and Clean Burn promotions
• Complete billing and filing for the department
• Keep accurate record for each customer's account
• Enter Vendor invoices for payment
• Track inventories and order any parts needed
• Process month end and year end paperwork
• Keep well-organized office

Experience:

• Applicant must be familiar with computers (required) and proficiency with Google docs and spreadsheets is a plus.
• Applicant must have prior experience with customer services and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills.

As a Manager, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the department. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role. Proficiency with Google Docs and Excel will be necessary to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Additionally, experience with customer relationship will be beneficial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
