About This Position

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to assist our attorneys in managing foreclosure cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foreclosure processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file foreclosure documents, including complaints, motions, and affidavits.
  • Conduct title searches and review title reports.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court appearances.
  • Maintain and update case management systems.
  • Perform legal research as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on foreclosure law.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent education.
  • Strong knowledge of foreclosure procedures and relevant state laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
