Production Team Member

The Production Team Member is responsible for operating machinery, assembling parts, and verifying the product's quality. In this position, you must adhere to all plant safety guidelines and standards.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Assemble parts on assigned line
• Performs production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing work instructions
• Ensure the highest level of product quality
• Follow proper packaging procedures of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all established safety procedures and protocols
• Participation in continuous improvement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Understand the structure and function of the production equipment
• Attention to detail
• Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods
• Possesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small production parts

Work Environment

• Standing for 10-hour shifts
• Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required daily
• Safety gear, such as approved safety glasses, are required at all times
• The ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
• Clean climate controlled manufacturing environment

Education/Experience

• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-2 years of previous production experience is preferred

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday
• Fridays are reserved for OT when necessary
• 1st Shift 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
