Customer Service Representative - (WORK FROM HOME SETUP)

• Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up and ensure clients are satisfied with their insurance choices.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and company offerings to provide the best recommendations.
• Sales Targets: Help meet sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting additional insurance services.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or customer service (not required, but a plus).
