Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Policy Management: Handle new and existing policies, including renewals, modifications, and cancellations.
• Claims Assistance: Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Sales & Retention: Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all policies comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on insurance coverage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, insurance agents, and other team members to deliver optimal client solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance account management, customer service, or a related role.
• Licensing: Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
