Tennis Shop Attendant

Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, pre-historic sand dunes in central Wisconsin. Here, residents and guests will find six world-class golf courses built in harmony with the land: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, Sandbox, The Lido, Sedge Valley, and Commons. Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort is known for its friendly hospitality and a community of golf and outdoor enthusiasts who have been drawn to the raw beauty and serenity of the vast Wisconsin Wilderness.
Beyond premier golf, Sand Valley is a year-round celebration of all the outdoors from fat-tire biking, hiking, and kayaking to ice hockey, skating, or a guided cold plunge. The resort now features a 13,000-square-foot Tennis Center with 16 grass tennis courts and the eleventh Court Tennis facility in the United States. Alongside soul-stirring golf and outdoor exploration, Sand Valley offers a variety of savory dining venues showcasing globally inspired and rustic Wisconsin cuisine.

Position Summary
  • As a Shop Attendant at Sand Valley Tennis Center, youll help guests feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. Youll assist with retail sales, reservations, and the day-to-day flow of tennis operations while keeping the Pro Shop organized and inviting. Your presence helps create a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest who visits.
What Youll Do
  • Welcome guests and assist with lesson bookings and court reservations.
  • Support the Pro Shop with retail transactions and merchandise upkeep.
  • Answer guest questions by phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain clean, organized spaces in the Pro Shop and Court Tennis court.
  • Support daily tennis operations and jump in where needed.
What Youll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills with a guest focused approach.
  • A solid understanding of tennis and genuine enthusiasm for helping guests enjoy their visit.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available to work the full season from May 18 to October 18, 2026.
Working Conditions
  • Youll work primarily indoors in the Pro Shop, with occasional outdoor tasks as part of supporting daily tennis operations.
