Position Overview
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Production, Shipping, Accounting, Freight, etc.), ensuring smooth order processing and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, confirm, and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide order acknowledgements, pricing verification, and proactively resolve order discrepancies or billing issues.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Shipping to align orders with customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Process customer setup, finished goods setup, quotes, credits, returns, and exchanges, and support billing.
- Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
- Assist with ERP setup tasks, documentation management, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport internally and externally.
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and works independently while collaborating across teams.
- Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish) a plus.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to occasionally handle moderate physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs., walking through plant areas).
