On Golden Pond, Inc. is seeking dependable, trainable Maintenance Technicians to service and maintain high-end ponds, fountains, and water features across Los Angeles. This is a hands-on field position perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in clean work, and are motivated to grow into a skilled trade. No prior pond experience is necessary well train the right person.

• Perform scheduled maintenance on ponds, fountains, and other water features

• Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites

• Communicate professionally with clients and deliver excellent customer service

• Follow checklists, service routines, and safety procedures

• Troubleshoot and report minor plumbing, pump, or circulation issues

• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

• Work outdoors in physically demanding, wet, and dirty environments

• Complete daily service routes efficiently and on time

• Fully trainable and eager to learn

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively

• Must be willing to get wet, dirty, and more. This job is outdoors, in the elements, involving koi ponds, fountains and more!

• Comfortable working outdoors and in wet, physical environments

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving ability

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Experience in pools, ponds, landscaping, or irrigation

• Light plumbing or electrical knowledge

• Previous maintenance or field service experience

• Bi-weekly pay
