POSITION SUMMARY: The responsibility of the Clinical Director is to assist in the growth and development of the physical therapy department and all support staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• The Clinical Director is expected to lead, develop, grow, and treat all staff in accordance with our mission and culture.
• Oversee the purchasing designate related to the pricing and inventory management of all supplies for the facility.
• Manage patient care, chart audits, compliant billing, and coding.
• Supervise clinical, front-desk, and back-office staff in the facility.
• Oversee in-service programs and new program development and maintain up-to-date treatment protocols and programs.
• Comply with all HIPAA and Code of Conduct policies for the practice.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, or occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania physical therapy, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapy, or occupational therapy assistant license required.
• 3 + years of experience managing an outpatient therapy facility's billing and clinical operations and equivalent experience is desired.
• CPR certification is required.
