Mr. Electric of Central Kentucky is looking for motivated, licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing Field Operations team. • Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues

• Propose complete solutions to ensure safety and compliance

• Perform installs and repairs: lighting, switches, panels, circuit wiring, EV chargers, etc.

• Prepare estimates in ServiceTitan and present to customers professionally

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work vehicles and tools

• Uphold Mr. Electrics values: respect, integrity, customer focus, and fun

• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture

• Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

• 3+ years of residential electrical work

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach

• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in crawlspaces/attics

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM (preferred)

• Must own basic hand tools

• Able to pass background check and drug test

• Must live within 45 minutes of Lexington, KY

• Weekly Pay + Commission (1015%) + Bonuses + Spiffs

• Annual earnings $75,000$150,000+
