Were looking for a friendly, dependable Automotive Service Greeter to welcome customers, assist with check-in, and help deliver an outstanding service experience.

Compensation for this role will be $16.00 - $19.00 per hour!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming customers and assist them out of their vehicles.
• Provide service advisors with customer information when they arrive.
• Assist in transferring customer belongings between vehicles.
• Keep service drive area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Shuttle service customers as needed.
• Pull service vehicles around during pick up.
• Take out trash.
• Check and adjust tire pressures.
• Help customers with vehicle concerns.
• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Cash out and go over customer invoices as needed.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; record and amount received.
• Make change and issue receipts to customers.
• Provides refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise or as directed by managers.
• Reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Work with department managers to keep up to date with new products ,services offered, features , value and any changes in pricing.
• Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to departments as needed.
• Acts as backup to switchboard operator.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area neat and clean.
• Other tasks as assigned.
