ESE Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Coordinator to join our educational team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with exceptional needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and services are provided.

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings related to student progress and program planning.

- Provide training and resources to staff on special education policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing special education.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to student services and program activities.

- Advocate for students’ needs and promote inclusive practices within the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Valid teaching certification and/or special education endorsement.

- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs.

- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
