Your Mission: Make the Magic Happen

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of your location. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by Example: Work alongside team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Inspire and Empower: Support, coach, and develop team members to ensure performance goals are met.

• Run the Operation: Oversee the daily operation of wash systems, including chemical application, equipment function, and site efficiency.

• Master the Schedule: Manage staffing needs including scheduling, shift coverage, and labor optimization.

• Respond with Care: Resolve customer concerns and service issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

• Handle Start & End of Day: Open and close the site in accordance with company procedures.

• Support Store Success: Assist in achieving and exceeding sales and productivity goals.
