Job Summary
A highly qualified person with experience in shipping, who can meet the department's requirements. The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining organization and cleanliness within the picking area. This role supports daily warehouse operations and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a team-first mindset. The Picker must be dependable, safety-focused, and open to learning additional processes within the warehouse.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily picking duties using a handheld scanner
Accurately select products according to pick lists and system instructions
Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
Place products into designated storage and picking locations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe picking areas
Assist with putting away packaging and shipping materials
Support other warehouse areas as needed based on workload
Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn additional processes within the department
- Responsible for area issues.
- Participate in team meetings and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
- Respond to internal business partners in a courteous manner; escalate as appropriate.
- Track order alerts and resolve issues.
- Track order status.
- Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
- Strong Customer Service Ethic.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.

Education & Experience:
- Ability to work, assemble, and solve problems.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mid-level O365 experience.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials
Work performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet productivity expectations
