The OpportunityYou will serve as the organizational backbone of the Production department, ensuring that complex commercial roofing projects move from planning to completion without a hitch. This role offers the chance to apply your professional office expertise in a growing company that is striving to become the most professional roofing firm in America. You will have the autonomy to manage critical documentation while receiving the support and training needed to master a new industry.
How You Will Make an Impact-
Coordinate essential project documentation and schedules to maintain strict alignment with departmental goals.

Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure project transparency and flow.

Organize complex digital and physical files to provide the project management team with instant access to critical data.

Execute daily administrative tasks with high precision to prevent logistical bottlenecks or project delays.

Monitor project timelines and task completion to assist leadership in hitting key performance milestones.

Support the project management staff by acting as an assertive and proactive liaison for all administrative needs.

Support the Service Superintendent by making daily service scheduling calls to customers.

Assist Project Manager with job setup, submittals, permits, and material orders.

Support Superintendent with daily reports and production tracking.

Coordinate inspections and ensure required documentation is completed.

Communicate material deliveries and equipment needs to field crews.

Manage vendors and vendor documents in Company Software.

Proven experience working in a professional office environment with a focus on administrative excellence.

Advanced proficiency in standard office software and a high level of overall computer savviness.

Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for maintaining professional team dynamics.

A supportive yet assertive personality capable of driving results in a fast-paced setting.

Completion of an Associates Degree or equivalent higher education.

1+ years of experience in a role requiring high-level project coordination or administrative support

Demonstrated ability to learn new industry-specific software or technical processes quickly.
