Project Coordinator - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various platform services projects that support our customers. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining an organized project queue will be key to ensuring efficient project delivery. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will help facilitate new projects and contribute to process improvements. This fast-paced position requires strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, as you'll be integral to maintaining timelines and quality throughout project execution.
Accountabilities
  • Manage and prioritize the on-hold project queue, ensuring proper documentation and readiness for activation
  • Support PMO initiatives and internal process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope new projects and facilitate kick-off preparations
  • Maintain and track project schedules across multiple concurrent implementations
  • Coordinate with technical resources and project teams to optimize resource allocation
  • Support standardization of project delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Assist with internal project audits and quality assurance reviews
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project templates and tools
  • Partner with PMO leadership to implement strategic program initiatives
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or related administrative role
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and implementations
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
