About This Position





Position Purpose and Objectives

The CEO of Celmark International is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all operational, commercial, and quality functions within a full-service contract manufacturing organization specializing in topical skincare, personal care, and liquid dietary supplements. The CEO drives growth, operational excellence, innovation, and a strong culture of quality across Celmark’s FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant manufacturing facility.

This executive leads Celmark’s senior management team, overseeing the Orlando operations as well as the New Jersey R&D and marketing teams, ensuring Celmark remains a trusted manufacturing partner for emerging and established consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute Celmark’s long-term growth strategy.
  • Expand capabilities across skincare, personal care, and liquid supplement manufacturing.
  • Strengthen Celmark’s market position through innovation, service excellence, and customer partnerships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • 2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all manufacturing, blending, filling, packaging, and warehousing operations.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of all manufacturing equipment, including mixing kettles, blending systems, filling and labeling equipment, water purification systems, and packaging machinery.
  • Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure production schedules, capacity planning, and on-time delivery commitments are met.
  • 3. Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP standards, NSF, ISO 22716, USDA Organic, and other relevant certifications.
  • Lead Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality products.
  • Ensure audit readiness and maintain all required regulatory and quality documentation.
  • 4. Innovation & R&D Leadership

  • Oversee Celmark’s R&D and product development teams in developing advanced formulations and technologies.
  • Promote innovation in skincare actives, clean-beauty structures, and liquid supplement delivery systems.
  • Align R&D activities with customer needs, commercial goals, and emerging industry trends.
  • 5. Commercial & Customer Leadership

  • Lead sales, business development, and customer success teams to strengthen Celmark’s client portfolio.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication, dependable project execution, and technical support.
  • Negotiate manufacturing contracts and long-term agreements that support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop pricing and margin strategies that maximize profitability.
  • 6. Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee the company’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Improve cost efficiency and manage operational expenses across all departments.
  • Lead capital investment planning for facility improvements, new technologies, and capacity expansion.
  • 7. Organizational Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, quality, R&D, sales, HR, and finance.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with Celmark’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in contract manufacturing, cosmetics, personal care, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to scale manufacturing operations and manage multi-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and manufacturing quality systems.
  • Demonstrated financial management and strategic planning expertise.
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships in both emerging and established brands.
  • Background in R&D-driven product development environments is a plus.
