The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care while working collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Diagnose and present treatment in a clear, ethical, and patient-focused manner
  • Deliver high-quality general dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, endodontics, and extractions (experience with implants and clear aligners is a plus)
  • Work closely with hygienists to identify and diagnose treatment needs during hygiene visits
  • Review diagnostic data including radiographs, intraoral photos, and periodontal findings
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and same-day dentistry when appropriate
  • Participate in morning huddles and team meetings
  • Support a positive, growth-oriented office culture

Qualifications

Required:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Florida dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • Ability to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of clinical experience (GPR/AEGD acceptable)
  • Experience with clear aligner therapy
  • Experience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
  • Experience with endodontics and surgical extractions
