Job Description

We’re looking for Care Partners who are passionate about supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. In this role, you’ll provide resident-centered, non-medical care focused on comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You’ll assist with daily personal needs while helping maintain a safe and clean environment that promotes quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform resident-centered, non-medical activities to support comfort and personal needs

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment

• Support residents with daily living activities as directed

• Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and care team members

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

• Current enrollment in a Nurse Assistant training program

• Must successfully obtain Nursing Assistant certification within 4 months of hire

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

• BLS certification required within the first 2 months of employment and maintained thereafter

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
