Pay Schedule: Exempt gets paid bi-weekly
(Exempt): Compensation starts at $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.
Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment.

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Central New York. Essential FunctionsThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements and system architecture.
• Ensure application responsiveness, security, and efficiency.
• Maintain clean code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot bugs and implement enhancements across the technology stack.
Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Python).
• Experience with databases, version control, and RESTful APIs.
Additional ResponsibilitiesEmployees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws.
On-Call RequirementsIf you are called in to work outside your regular schedule, you are expected to work at least four hours unless otherwise directed by management.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully.
- Primarily a sedentary office role with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, occasional light lifting (up to 15 pounds), and regular use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry.
- Visual acuity to read and produce reports, and ability to communicate effectively in a typical office environment.
