CAREGIVER / HHA / CNA - Consistent Hours at Platinum Care Group – Burr Ridge, Illinois

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 54-year-old client in a residential facility setting. This role focuses on companionship, supervision, assistance with daily living activities, and coordination with facility staff. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting a client who is fully dependent for physical care while remaining communicative and socially engaged.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Provide companionship and socialization to promote emotional well-being.
• Assist with organization of personal belongings, clothing, and supplies.
• Support client needs such as obtaining approved groceries or personal items.
• Monitor and report changes in condition, mood, or needs to the care team immediately.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide support for clients who require full physical assistance.
• Provide supervision and encouragement during daily routines and activities.
• Communicate promptly regarding visitors or unusual activity per care guidelines.
• Support safe mobility and wheelchair assistance as needed.

Requirements

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA/HHA a plus)
