About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other task as assigned.

Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:

• Proven bartending experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program.
