Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We oversee a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, multiplexes, and single-family homes. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set to address various maintenance needs and a willingness to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures,

systems, and equipment.
• Meet daily for clear assignments and direction.
• Foster team effort within an environment of independence and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in maintenance-related tasks.
• Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering, and general cleaning.
• Ability to work on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
