Overview

The Treasury Management Operations Manager provides strategic leadership over daily treasury management operations, including data analytics, account analysis billing, pricing governance, and profitability reporting. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver datadriven insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support pricing and product optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with strong treasury management knowledge, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to balance regulatory compliance, vendor management, and team development while driving scalable, profitable growth.



Responsibilities

Oversee daily treasury management operation al team which includes data analytics, account analysis billing, fee validation, reporting, exceptions, and profitability. Manage audits, regulatory reviews, KPI development and reporting insights for senior leadership. Focus on system and operational enhancements, process redesign to identify gaps and develop forward-looking strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

Maintain strong internal controls an ensure adherence to audit, regulatory, and risk-management requirements.

Lead, coach, and develop team members to build skills, enhance productivity, and support career growth.

Manage relationships with key third-party vendors, ensuring service level compliance and maximum usage of system capabilities.

Analyze market trends to recommend price increases or adjustments to treasury management products and services.

Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic pricing decisions and product profitability.

Conduct workflow analysis and lead process-reengineering initiatives to support departmental and organizational goals.

Create and administer reports on payment portfolio metrics.

Lead procedural reviews and implement updates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

Prepare for and support internal and external audit activities and address findings promptly.

Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.

Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or comparable 5-8 years of treasury management, banking operations, or related experience.

Strategic leader with experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing treasury operations team to align treasury management operations with broader organizational goals and long-term business strategy.

Ability to set clear expectations, establish performance goals, and hold team members accountable for results.

Demonstrated experience in account analysis management including pricing governance, fee validation, exception handling, and client profitability analysis.

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and completing priorities simultaneously.

Experience contributing to strategic planning initiatives, executive analytics reporting, product optimization, and pricing strategy.

Efficient at delegation, workload balancing, and resource planning to maximize efficiency and employee engagement.

Strong knowledge of treasury management revenue, data, and trends.

Demonstrated success in vendor management.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Treasury Management billing platforms XAA preferred.

Wage Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,200
