Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with a strong customer service mindset to support our landscape operations team. This role serves as a key communication hub between field crews, managers, office staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily job schedules and requirements with maintenance and irrigation managers
- Prepare and assist with work orders for landscape maintenance and irrigation services
- Follow up with customers to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Support office staff with contracts, billing coordination, and material and plant orders
- Track material orders and assist with delivery coordination
- Actively manage and update CRM systems and follow up on new and existing customer leads
- Serve as backup support for the Office Manager by answering and directing incoming calls as needed
- Participate in weekly department and coordination meetings
- Act as a liaison between field crews and office staff to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations coordination role preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and interest in the landscape industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- $500 paid at start
- $500 paid after 90 days
