Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Responsible to: Clinical Quality Assurance Manager (CQAM)

To support and enhance our integrated services model by delivering and supervising speech and language therapy that is individualized, collaborative, and aligned with our mission of providing a refined, high-touch experience for every family.

At Optimal Beginnings, we work together across ABA and Speech within our integrated model to contribute to a holistic experience that calms the chaos for families navigating a new autism diagnosis. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Optimal Beginnings, you will help bring our integrated ABA and speech model to life by building meaningful communication, functional language, and social connection for children and families.

Your work will empower children and young adults with autism and developmental delays to express themselves, connect with others, and gain greater independence in their daily lives.

You will support children as they practice real world communication skills within small group and naturalistic environments designed to mirror everyday moments, not scripted therapy.

You will equip parents with tools, strategies, and guidance to confidently support their childs communication growth, creating calm, clarity, and progress across home, school, and community settings.
